: the window for diplomcy stands in front of the Delphi IDE so I I cannot see the excution step by step.
At work I have two monitors - this lets me have a complete program on one, and the complete Delphi IDE on the other. Makes debugging a dream (and actually makes it possible to debug screen painting code).
Of course, it may not be a viable solution for hobby programming, but if your computer is new enough (and has the right graphics card) it may already be ready for two monitors, all you need is to get the other screen..
