: Is it intended that Manhatten never expires, if the same nation owns the Eiffel Tower? Or is it a bug?
Oops.. in supervisor-mode i saw Manhatten still active in wonder menu AND i saw the treaties not changing for ages.. but negotiation IS possible..
But Manhatten icon should indicate that Cold War is over, imho..
