Is it possible to know in how many turns the cold war ends,
without having to save the turn of completion?
This value doesn't seem accessable via interface..
May even be useful for players..
(maybe a string on the Manhatten icon in wonder menu and in city dialogue: "-21 Turns")
Is it intended that Manhatten never expires, if the same nation owns the Eiffel Tower? Or is it a bug?
