: Please resolve this issue, it really ruins gameplay. : : This interactive pop-up appears to be during diplomacy where AIs asking are for things they cannot have... Can you really ask for and get Computing/Material/Nano Techonologies?? : : I really enjoy the brilliant AI modules, but recently this issue has ruined my C-evo fun. =)
