'Visiting' my neighbours with a special command, I discovered
in a city controlled by SETI 0.2 still building
Michelangelo's Chapel, with 412 of 400 resources done,
and the message "Wonder already exists".
It looks like SETI cannot handle this situation:
more than 100 years later, the city still had the same status.
