Let me know how to be sure about the running version of my Cap AI, any file dates or sizes i can check?
On the idea that Cap AI did not have Banking, my pull-down list of Advances in the Diplomacy pop-up did not show Banking as an Advance, therefore i assumed it already had it! I'll look again. =)
