I am playing a game where I have completed the research table, and all I can seem to research now is "Military Research". I can't select anything else, nor skip the research completely, meaning that my Unit design list is quickly filling with unit designs I'll never use.
In short, is there any way to turn off Research altogether?
PS: I have tried setting Taxes to 100% - still get Military Research each turn. I don't seem able to set Luxuries in anyway either.
