: Space port doubles special recource bonus
After I'd noticed it in one game, I watched for it vs. my research - convinced myself it was after Material Tech 8! Nice to know the real cause.
And Boy does that make a difference!!

I can only sustain a growth of 15 M per turn though, even with hundreds of engineers terra-forming everything. Tried for 20 M, but I'm over developing cities early - they end up with 25 surplus wheat. Guess I should crowd my cities closer together.
