When building in a City a building, and then trying to sell off any other building in that City, it only allows you to 'rebuild', which i guess means add the sold building material directly to what the City is building atm.
Maybe i wanted money(?)... oh well that's not really the issue, what happens next is the issue: now click the buy bag, and you'll *not* get the option to not buy, only the 'OK' pop-up, sorry you City's now poorer.
