: Similar, if you set a city to build something then change it to a City macro it will still build that previous building.
If all of the buildings in the City macro have been built it just changes the icon. A message would help, but a pop-up could get annoying.

Have all of the macro tasks been completed? It would treat it as a null command like the above.
