It's convoluted:
- Take a look at your own Nation using the Nations pop-up (your Nation is at the top of pull down menu).
- Look at the right top Palace Icon picture, remember it.
- Goto Help (F1) and browse into Government Forms, find your matching Icon.
So, yes it would be nice to have it written out and listed somewhere on the Nation's Data sheet that we see in the Nations pop-up.
