This is *not* a bug... =)

RTFM, such language..., though you covered it well, a simple RTM (not RTFM) would have been less hostile... ;)

Also, F1(Help) may be pressed before C-evo games start, which i find is a really nice feature(!), we can read the manual well before starting any game(s).

C-evo bugs are really verrry rare, but keep looking! Besides macro & diplomacy & path finding & tiny graphics glitches i have only been able to successfully report one minor calculation bug since the last version(!).

The Macro ones have been described this year.

The Diplomacy bug(s) may indeed be AI bug(s). Seems that if you conduct extensive Diplomacy on one turn a whole bunch of exceptions or even a crash will ensue.

The Path Finding has been partially described this year, the other part being that there's either no path finding for adjacent tiles (a feature) or it's broken.

Tiny, and i mean tiny, Graphics Artifacts occur, which i'm sure no one is really complaining about, are happening in-game.
One example is during AI moves, if a unit goes off map downwards a white block will erase part of the lower screen. Another (may be related) is when units move they both erase and re-draw the tiles which sometime erases things that do exist like borders and half of City size markers etc. when units finally stop their movements.

Look for these and you'll find them, but not one of them are game stoppers or loopholes!
IMO, it's the AIs you have to be watchful for more than the game itself. AI creators will want bug reports, advise i've gotten is to put the AI in question in slot #1, that really helps them find the bug.
And usually a C-evo re-start resets the AIs after problems, but do your best to report them! =)
