Bug:
When an alliance is broken, the military information reverts to as it was at the start of the alliance.
Oversight or intent?
When a plane is grounded, it can be attacked by land units; but not by pure bombers. (Although the above is in accordance with the rules, I would expect pure bombers to be able to attack anything on the ground i.e. also grounded planes)
